what if humans were not the architect?

Nestitecture is a critical reflection on today’s anthropocentric world, where humans place themselves at the top of the pyramid and reshape nature according to their own interests.

Through a speculative, we explore what might happen if cigonyes took control and became the new architects of the city. We show how their attempts to build are often disrupted or destroyed by human society, while also imagining an alternative scenario where their behaviours redefine the urban landscape.

In the end, the project invites viewers to question established hierarchies and reconsider how we coexist with other species.
